Light straw color with beautiful lofting aromas of vanilla, sweet oak, citrus and lifted notes of pineapple and butter. Citrus and apple with oak influenced flavours of vanilla, spice, caramel all wrapped in a creamy, round, toasty finish. Serve at 11 - 14⁰ C.
The grape varieties used in this sweet white blend are: 40% Pinot Gris, 20% Viognier, 18% Gewürztraminer, 10% Chardonnay, 7% Ehrenfelser and 5% Riesling Icewine. This semi sweet wine offers enticing aromas and flavours of rose' peach' nectarine' apple with a note of spice. Well balanced acidity provides a clean' luscious' super fruity finish. It's like an Okanagan stone fruit bomb!
Oaked in new French oak barrels for 3 months. Light straw in colour, check out the beautiful aromas honey suckle, blossom, ripe peach, apricots, flowers and ripe soft tree fruit. Medium bodied the palate displays a viscous quality, floral, honey, ripe peach, with notes of nectarine/tangerine and mineral. Look for a little spice on the moderate finish. Serve at 7 - 10⁰ C
It's pale straw in colour with a nicely lifted bouquet of fresh gala apple' peach' pink grapefruit and citrus. The off-dry palate is fresh and round with more apple' peach' lychee' spice and subtle notes of perfume. Finish is moderate' with a lively and fruity finish. A classic from the Elliott Road vineyard! Serve at 7 - 10 C and best consumed within 1 - 4 years of vintage.
