Shipping & Returns

Who do you ship with?
We currently ship with ATS Healthcare, and sometimes Canada Post. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed by our shipping staff. We can ship to a home or business address, but not to a PO Box.

Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?
No. At no time can your wine be left unattended. Packages must be signed by someone over the age of majority in your province. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

What happens if I get a bad or off bottle?
Oh no! We’re sorry. Bad bottles are an unfortunate reality of wine world and they do occur. If you do get a bad or off bottle as part of your package, let us know and we will ensure to arrange a refund. We may ask for pictures of the corkage or damage to your shipment. and refund can take 10-15 business days to process.
