The nose displays elegant and delicate ripe cherry, strawberry and hints of spice and floral. The palate is silky and round with cherry, strawberry, with notes of spice, orange peel and pomegranate. Satiny, dusty tannins round out the lingering mixed berry finish. Serve 14 – 16 ⁰C
Dark ruby red in colour' with soft aromas of blackberry' dark fruits' toast' vanilla' notes of mint and black liquorice pipe. Light - medium bodied with blackberry and cassis. Nicely balanced' well integrated tannins' the fruit lingers during the moderate finish. Serve at 16 - 18C
Made in a “fruit forward style”, our 2014 Merlot showcases aromas and flavours of black cherries, plum, dark fruits, cocoa, mint & vanilla. It is a full bodied wine that showcases structured chewy tannins, balanced acidity and well integrated oak. Pairs nicely with rich dishes such as braised short ribs, lasagne, meatloaf or cheese burgers. As a side dish – serve caramelised roast veggies. The Merlot was aged for 18 months in 40% new French.

Medium-bodied' the palate displays rich and juicy flavours of red & dark berries' supple tannins' balanced acidity and followed by a lingering' smooth fruity finish. Serve at 16 - 18 C and best consumed within 3-6 years of vintage.
A blend of 53% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cab Franc. This signature wine expresses aromas and flavours of black and red berries, cedar, chocolate, and toasted oak. Framed by forward tannins and toasty oak this classic Bordeaux-style wine was barrel aged in French & American oak for 14 months. Serve at 16 - 18⁰C.
