Made in a “fruit forward style”, our 2014 Merlot showcases aromas and flavours of black cherries, plum, dark fruits, cocoa, mint & vanilla. It is a full bodied wine that showcases structured chewy tannins, balanced acidity and well integrated oak. Pairs nicely with rich dishes such as braised short ribs, lasagne, meatloaf or cheese burgers. As a side dish – serve caramelised roast veggies. The Merlot was aged for 18 months in 40% new French.
