2014 Merlot

Made in a “fruit forward style”, our 2014 Merlot showcases aromas and flavours of black cherries, plum, dark fruits, cocoa, mint & vanilla. It is a full bodied wine that showcases structured chewy tannins, balanced acidity and well integrated oak. Pairs nicely with rich dishes such as braised short ribs, lasagne, meatloaf or cheese burgers.  As a side dish – serve caramelised roast veggies. The Merlot was aged for 18 months in 40% new French.

Ruby red in colour with aromas and flavours of cherry' cranberry' hints of soft spice' pepper and a touch of oak. Light bodied with 4.5 months in French and American oak' soft tannins with medium acidity - the finish is fresh and bright. Try it slightly chilled! Serve at 14 - 16C.

2018 Rose

Nearly Magenta in colour this wine bursts with aromas of fresh strawberries, grapefruit, rhubarb, cherry and pomegranate. The palate is a juicy blend of strawberry, cherry, and pink grapefruit with a touch of earth and spice on the finish. It is a juicy wine with vibrant acidity. Dry. Serve at 10-14⁰ C

2014 Pinot Noir

Light red in colour' the nose is soft and round with a combination of cherry' strawberry' sour cherry' toast and smoke with hints of sweet spice and earth. The palate is youthful and dominated by red fruits' with notes of spice' black pepper and toast. Nicely integrated tannin' medium acid' the finish is bright and fresh. Serve at 14-16 C and best consumed within 5 - 8 years of vintage.
